HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DEAR SYDNEY!!!!!!!

Sweet Sydney turned 6 years old this September, and we celebrated with a party of WATER!

Slip-n-slides and sprinklers :) Hot dogs, ice cream, and the most AMAZING Ariel cake ever created! Judah even slipped into some swimming trunks to join the fun. He must've made an impression because it looks like we caught Judah holding hands with his first girlfriend on camera...

PEACHES, PECANS, and PINE TREES - part i

Over the river and through the woods, to Honey and Grandpa's house we go!!!

To avoid uploading the overwhelming plethera of photos our week in Georgia will undoubtedly yeild to a single post, we will pratice being proactive this week (with the fabulous high speed Internet).  Less than 24 hours into our trip and we already have priceless footage :)  And judging by the schedule we have lined up for the next 9 days (Sydney's birthday party, visiting Grandmother, etc.) there will be an onslaught of memories to document!

 

 

WONDERLAND

We love the Gaylord!  This summer's special - Alice in Wonderland!!!  Dana and Holli drove up just for the experience...Hannah and Judah joined.  Together, our group represented the Red Queen, Alice, and the White Rabbit :) 

Lewis Carroll would have been proud.  Perhaps the greatest moment of our day was the hoards of small children begging for the Red Queen's (Dana) autograph!  However, not all kids are so easily deceived.  As one little girl so cleverly deduced, "she can't be the Red Queen...look...she's holding a baby..."

"Oh my GOSH!  Can we have your autograph?!?"

"Painting the roses red, we're painting the roses red!"
