25 MONTHS!

Yes, we know...Judah is near 27 months now.  But we can't punish the public for my procrastination by skipping these adorable pictures of Judah and Jason from 2 months ago :)  I've stopped gawking at how fast the months and years have flown by, mostly because Judah is too active to allow any time for reminiscing :)  He's CRAZY!  But the best of all worlds - ALL boy yet ADORINGLY affectionate!  He talks NON-stop, and says the most hilarious things.  Nothing we've done or taught this boy could've created such a sweet tempered, smart, and loving soul...he is entirely fashioned by answered prayers :)

the RANCH

Pictures long overdue, we took a quick trip with friends up to Memphis in April.  We missed Grandma Bobbie's company, but still had a great time roaming the ranch.  It was chilly in the mornings and hot in the afternoons (although after these early June temperatures, it doesn't seem so hot now :) ).  Wild flowers were blooming, the fields were COVERED in yucca, and we even saw TWO horny toads!!!

Turn up the volume!  This is the first time we've caught Judah (intelligibly) singing!

As a reminder, Judah looks a LOT like his Daddy (13 mo)...

But he has a lot of his Mama in him too :) (21 mo)...

COLLEGE CAMPING

Whoo hoo!  FBC Irving College Camping Trip!  The weather got freaky, dropping into the 40s during the night...but it made for a cozy fire Saturday morning :)   We ate hot dogs, watched the sunset, and a friendly wager landed Galvan in the lake (knee deep, with some scary unknown floaters).  Good times.

HAPPY EASTER!!!

It was a busy but WONDERFUL Easter!!!  Lots of egg hunts, enough chocolate to snack on through June, a family lunch at the Durhams (THANK YOU!), even dancing :) We're so grateful for a holiday to commemorate Christ's sacrifice...but hopefully we're remembering, celebrating, and responding everyday to our LIVING Jesus :)
